Quick Tip For Workers Compensation Information

Workers Compensation information sources are so plentiful that you may have information overload.  Fortunately, there is one website that can function as an index of sorts.

One of the best websites that I have seen for Workers Compensation information is a very quiet provider of very good service. In the North Carolina Industrial Commission’s website, there is a list of current links on every state’s Workers Comp system. The webmaster has added Canada to the list. You can find it here

Robert McDowell is the webmaster and does a great job of keeping it updated very regularly. It is a quick way to get to Workers Comp forms, etc. I have it as a bookmark in my Explorer and Chrome browsers.   The information is handy and free.  Thanks to Robert McDowell for a great basic yet very helpful webpage on the Industrial Commission website.

The NC Industrial Commission index has been in existence for a very long time.  I have used it for over 20 years as a quick reference point.

2020 Update –  Another great website for finding individual state information can be found here.   WorkersCompensation.com also throws in the applicable forms and laws for each state.
