The 2026 WCIRB Annual Conference will provide critical information on July 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Watch the free three-hour conference by signing up here.

Andrea Coleman, WCIRB President and CEO, announced at the 2026 NCCI Annual Conference a 12% across-the-board rate increase for California Workers’ Compensation policies, effective September 1, 2026.

If your company is a California insured or you deal with the California Workers Comp system, the three hours will be well worth your time.

The reason for the increase was CT (Cumulative Trauma) claims, often post-employment, that were being filed in huge numbers in the Golden State. The session alone makes it worth signing up.
