The Work Comp Secret Question Is?

What is the work comp secret question to ask anyone who deals with your Workers Comp to see if they understand the whole Workers  Compensation picture? The answer – you will need to contact us here to find out. It is a good one that I use very often. I have busted quite a few so-called Workers Comp gurus with it.   Agents should know this term.  Many brokers do not know it.    I estimate that 90% of the worker’s comp community does not know the correct answer.   However, many probably should not have remembered this oft-misquoted fact.

It is a basic function of the Workers Comp process.  The secret question is not hard for someone who understands the Workers Compensation insurance, rating, and Experience Modification Factor cycles.

I use the answer to the question often when dealing with experts(?).   Some guru(?) will say – my state has an exception to your answer.  I say – no any state that I have ever worked with over the last 30 years.

One more housecleaning item – I have been jumping around trying to give a good overall view of Workers Compensation. I will go back into the archives from the last few months to see if any Work Comp matters that I brought up need to be finished – have the loose ends tied up.
