I just got wind of the short rate penalty and it boy does it smell. So once again the business owners gets stuck for another “TAX” that the Employment Commission seems to endorse just because they can’t keep their statistics straight? Give me a break! As a business owner I can’t even scale my expenses back because I layoff employees! Sounds like one for the high court.
